This was a quick and easy read! Can you share your thoughts on stereotyping bias in AI? I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz on LinkedIn related to leveraging AI for the hiring pipeline!

I see red flags for POC applicants and people with non-traditional backgrounds. Do you see a future where companies can both leverage the technology and ensure fair practice?
